opening day

Today is opening of gun deer hunting season. I used to go and hunt still would if had the time but there more places or place I needed to to do today, but its raining so maybe the rain will even the playing field a little.
Yesterday I went and worked on Bobbie and Shirley house and was that ever enjoyable it was great talking to him and your listening to wisedom that man has inside of him we blessed to have a man like him in our church . enjoy the rain it's better than snow any day of the week

the blue gorilla

Last week I was driving past the local car dealer and they had this huge blue gorilla blow up in front of the building next to the road. And it made me think, what does that have to do with buy a new car? Does he have a magical power to get me to pull into that place or just the fact hey look we have a blue gorilla would be enough. Which lead me to remember that earlier they an orange dinosaur out there too, well if that don’t make you want a new car I don’t know what would than. So I stopped one and looked at new trucks, and man do they cost a lot of money, some more than it cost to build my house. Grant I could imagine what I would look driving a brand new F-350 ,4 door , with a power stroke and a long that price kept jumping at wow is all I could think of . But I looked over at my 92 Chevy pickup and thought she is good truck and will run a quite some time to come. Why do I need this thing would it make any happier more is until the first payment comes or that bill from Allstate shows up and enjoy everything that comes with too.
